Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our team! As a key part of our kitchen, you’ll work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, preparing and executing dishes with precision and passion.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to The Stave’s recipes and standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in your workstation
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in prep work and ensure ingredients are fresh and properly stored
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain efficiency during service
- Adapt to kitchen needs, including various stations as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a line cook preferred but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate
- Passion for Southern cuisine and high-quality ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
- Team player mentality with a strong work ethic
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
