We are seeking a Data Analyst Lead to become a vital part of our team. You will be responsible for analyzing datasets to find market trends in order to identify inventory acquisition opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets
• Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
• Create procedures to identify when events have a substantial price adjustment
• Analyze real time sales data to identify buying opportunities for adjusting markets
• Manipulate large data sets to extract usable information
• Collaborate with inventory acquisition team
• Work with leadership to improve data collection and analysis processes

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, economics, information systems or a related field of study
• Previous experience in business analysis or other related field
• Understanding of basic economics and the laws of supply and demand
• Proven analytic skills, evaluation and visualization
• Ability to follow a task from creation through completion and track the results
• Strong problem solving and and critical thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
