Downtown Versailles 2024 Twilight Festival is on Saturday, September 7th, 2024 from 12-9pm!

I/We hereby release all sponsors, co-sponsors, organizations, or individuals involved in the Versailles Annual Twilight Festival from any liability, product or personal, for the duration of the event. I/We have read the rules, any violation of the rules may result in the termination of this contract without recourse with no reimbursement to the participant. 

NO VEHICLES WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER OR EXIT THE EXHIBITION AREA BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 9AM-10PM.

SET UP TIME IS 9AM

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We will offer a 50% refund to a booth registration before August 1st, 2024. If you are no longer able to setup at the Twilight Festival. No refunds after August 2nd, 2024.
