Business Etiquette starts at the top! This two part series can be a one-time only with the business leader to get the tools to train, and continue to build your teammates up for one consistent brand that stands apart from the rest OR it can be the series with the leadership team member taking the class and then sending team members to it to hear directly from the horse's mouth! 

Ms. Robin Hammond of Southern Hospitality is known for her robust courses training so many in Central Kentucky on the importance and the value/cost associated with etiquette (sometimes seen as a lost art). 

Session one for leaders: February 23rd, 9-10:30AM

Sesson two for staff: March 2nd, 9-10:30AM
