Celebrating birthdays for youth in foster care across Kentucky. We celebrate as young as 1st birthdays all the way up to 21st birthdays for the youth that recomitt to the system in Independent Living. We want them to feel seen, celebrated, and loved on their special day by creating milestone moments.
